Ximpo Group joins IMTC sponsoring interoperability testing of MPEG4IP Open Source project
Modiin, ISRAEL -- February 2, 2004 --
Ximpo Group, Ltd., the leading provider of conformance and interop test tracking
solutions, today announced it has joined IMTC, the International Multimedia
Telcommunications Consortium, with the purpose of sponsoring interoperability
testing of the MPEG4IP Open Source project.

Ximpo's relationship with the IMTC goes back to 2001 when the founders
contributed to the shaping of the IMTC PSS Activity Group, and have been
providing the IOTzilla interoperability test tracking service
since 2002.

by performing interoperability testing of Open Source solutions."
Ximpo Group is working on adding 3GPP features to the MPEG4IP Open Source Project,
and plans to sponsor it's interoperability testing.
Additionally, Ximpo Group will test, in the context of the PSS, another
product that its R&D has been working on:
RNG - RTSP NAT-Gateway. Further details about it are unavailable at this time.
